Ask yourself 🤔

Instead of making declarative statements about yourself, try asking questions.

When a negative or positive thought comes up, don’t try to fight it. Just be aware. Observe it.

Start asking yourself questions. Peaking your curiosity also peaks your creativity.

We have so much mental tension because we are constantly fighting our inner thoughts.

Relax. Your negative thoughts are trying to tell you that there are still wounds there. Listen and observe.
