“What If It Works? Embracing Opportunity Over Fear”

Have you ever felt the pull toward something greater—but found yourself frozen by fear? That quiet voice of doubt that whispers, “Who am I to do this?” or “What if I’m not ready?” I’ve been there more times than I can count.

Recently, I found myself standing at a crossroads with opportunities in front of me that stretched me far beyond my comfort zone. They were bold. They were unfamiliar. And yes—they were a little scary. I felt the weight of imposter syndrome creeping in, making me question whether I was even qualified to think that big.

But deep down, I knew this: nothing changes unless something changes. Growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone. And more often than not, fear shows up right before a breakthrough.

One thing I’ve learned in my own journey—and in walking alongside so many incredible women through Darneisha B Coaching Service—is that fear will always try to keep us playing small. But faith? Faith reminds us who we are and whose we are. It calls us to rise, even when our knees are shaking.

If you’re reading this and you’ve been sitting on a dream, a transition, or an opportunity that feels a little too big—I want to remind you:

• You don’t need to have it all figured out to move forward.

• You’re allowed to feel fear and still choose faith.

• The unknown might feel risky—but so is staying where you are.

You were not created to settle. You were created to soar. So ask yourself: What if it actually works? And then… take the step. You just might surprise yourself.

With courage and belief,

Darneisha
